BMT's Commitment to Service

MeMomDad

My parents owned a country store that was on the same property as our house. I always say I literally grew up in a business.

My love for business was born dusting the shelves of Hickory Market. Growing up behind the counter of a family run business set off a spark in me that I’m certain will never go out. Hickory Market taught me at an early age the importance of treating customers right. My crib was just on the other side of the counter, and I was helped raised by a community of customers.

When my dad passed away in 2004, I moved back home to help my mom run our store. The community that my dad had spent a life time serving, took care of mom and me more than I could ever have imagined.

With Balance, I look to build on those lessons and run a business that both realizes the importance of community and one that would make my dad proud.I love all things business and am blessed to have a mind that is quickly able to assess need, determine next steps and take action.

My appetite for learning is insatiable and my desire to be the best leader I can be fuels me. There is a great responsibility owning a business. Each day the company I created can leave the mark on over 150 people. My goal is to make sure that the mark we leave is going to have a lasting and positive impact. Everyone is someone’s most important person. I’m building a business that doesn’t just recognize this but celebrates it.

Our YES AND approach to client service is in place to make sure we consistently work to set, meet and exceed your expectations.Chris and I know that our clients are the heart of our business, and we want to work hard to make sure we have a business we can all be proud to be a part of.

Even on the most challenging days, I’m grateful, hungry, and excited by the privilege to run a business. I’m pretty sure I’m the luckiest person in the world.

As always, Thank You for finding Balance!
