Christin Draybuck, Owner & Lead Therapist

Christin is a 1999 graduate of Frankfurt International School.  She attended the University of Michigan and graduated in 2004 with a poly-sci degree.  She worked at General Motors for three years before taking an offered buyout in the summer of 2006. After taking the summer off to sail with her dad, Chris began attending classes at the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy in Ann Arbor and working part time at Caribou Coffee.  She graduated in September '07 and began her massage therapy career. While working at Caribou, Chris met Josie who was also in process of making a career change. They decided to team up their entrepreneurial dreams and start their own massage studio in Ann Arbor. She is happy to be a proud owner and lead therapist of Balance Massage Therapy, her dream realized!

Josie Ann Lee, Owner & Manager

Josie Ann Lee is a 1996 graduate of the University of Michigan.  She moved to Chicago to take improv at The Second City.  While working on her craft, she paid the bills by managing the Technical Support and Quality Assurance departments for a small Chicago based software company.  After the passing of her father in 2004, Josie left Chicago and moved back to MI to help her mother run their family owned store, Hickory Market.  After closing the store in December of 2005, Josie moved back to Ann Arbor and started working at Caribou Coffee.  Having given up the 'corporate world' she was determined to follow in her parent's footsteps and own her own business.Teaming up with Chris has given her an amazing opportunity to start a company from scratch.  She looks forward to making Balance Massage Therapy the place in Dixboro, Ann Arbor and Plymouth for affordable, accessible and adaptable massage therapy.

We are both proud to have been voted Best New Business in Ann Arbor for 2010.  It's so nice to know our vision and our hard work are being recognized by Ann Arbor.

Thank you for your continued support!
